Southern New England Herpetological Society

MAY 2006 UPDATE:

We're sorry, but SNEHA currently does not meet anymore or accept members.

If you have any reptile or amphibian related questions, please check our contact page.

The Southern New England Herpetological Association is the oldest existing non-profit organization in the state of Connecticut for people interested in amphibians and reptiles.

SNEHA received the year 2000 State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection's Green Circle Award for contribution to public environmental conservation education.

SNEHA promotes conservation and education while fostering a shared interest in amphibian and reptile biology and husbandry. SNEHA holds scheduled meetings and hosts herp-related activities. Activities include an Education Day for the public, a field trip (SNEHA members only), a day-long symposium and a party.

Check out the Directory of Regional Herpetological Societies.
